Mango Butter is similar to cocoa butter and shea butter in texture but different in terms of its fatty acids content. It is rich in antioxidants and Vitamins A, C and E. It has minerals like calcium, iron and magnesium. Not just this, mango butter is also rich in omega 6 fatty acids like stearic, oleic and linoleic acids which make it an excellent emollient. The butter has a sweet and nutty fragrance and is solid in room temperature. Rubbing it between your fingers or on the skin dissolves the butter and spreads it well all over the skin. It can be applied directly on the scalp and the hair.

Who says you need to purchase already made trail mix? I always end up picking out stuff I don't enjoy eating so I decided to make my own. While I was at the DeKalb Farmers Market I picked up some dry fruit and nuts. This mix is made up based on my likes. Remember this is a eyeballing kind of recipe which just means you'll add as much or as little as you like.
Enjoy and don't eat it all at once!

Kids not eating those bananas fast enough or maybe like me you bought a bunch thinking you'd make 2 banana puddings for Thanksgiving and was too tired to make it to the second one, lol. Well it gave me the opportunity to make this recipe that I've wanted to try my hand at for years. I doubled the original recipe and ended up with a loaf, a pan of mini loaves, a pan of muffins (1-12ct & 1-6ct). So if you want to make as much as I did you'll need to double this one as well
Ingredients :
So as you see I made putting the nuts in optional and left it out of the description because I personally hate nuts in my food and my daughter doesn't like nuts of any kind in or out of food. Don't worry whatever you decide as the receipe will be a hit either way.
Directions: Depending on the kitchen gadgets you will be using this will determine your process. Your bananas need to be pureed to start. If you're using a mixer you'll still need to puree the bananas in a blender or food processor.

Are you getting enough water?
Are 8 glasses of water really necessary?
Don't really care to drink a flavorless beverage?
Are you getting headaches, catching craps or maybe your urine doesn't smell or look so good?
If you have asked yourself or someone you know any of these questions this article is for you or maybe you'd just like to know some great ways to increase your health and wellness and I'm here to help get your healthy on. Our bodies depend on water for survival as the organs, cells and tissues need it to operate. Your water intake affects your bodies temperature and the lubricating of your joints. It is important to drink water because your body is mostly made up of it or should I say it is most of your body weight.
On a daily basis you lose water through such things as going to the bathroom and sweating. If you are concerned that you are not drinking enough water then try observing your urine; if it is consistently colorless or light yellow, you are most likely staying well hydrated. Dark yellow or an amber-colored urine could be a sign of dehydration. A good rule of thumb for getting enough water is to take your body weight and divide it by 1/2 (Ex. you weigh 180 lbs. divided by 2 = 90 ounces of water daily)
Reasons to Increase Water Intake
*For best results combine with 12-16 ounces of water

Every woman wants sexy smooth legs and here is how you can get that beautiful look. Coconut oil has so many benefits and for those who know me personally; I'm known as the "Coconut Nut" as I'm nuts about it. My children hear me talking to someone and they say shaking their heads "she thinks coconut oil is good for everything". Well what isn't it good for? Just for today we're just gonna talk about those gorgeous legs we want to enhance.
Coconut oil is a natural way to moisturize your skin and can also be used to shave your legs. Yes I have tried this personally and it is how I shave my legs. Some benefits of using this method; helps to prevent ingrown hairs and razor burn. I've added a recipe found on Midget Momma. All you need is 2 ingredients to give you a little aroma therapy; note you do not have to make up the cream you can simply rub the coconut oil on your legs. The cream gives a thicker application which will cut down on you nicking yourself with your razor. However I know sometimes we need to cut a few steps for time value. You will rub the cream on your skin, shave and pat dry.
